Onderdijk

The village Onderijk is well situated right at the dike of the IJsselmeer and is known as “Keut” to the locals. It offers tourists a lot to do, with its lake “De Grote Vliet” right in its backyard and its many opportunities to go boating in the polder. A bike ride along the dike towards the nearby town of Medemblik is certainly worth your while, and the nearby nature reserve Egboetswater is also a tourist attraction worth mentioning.
